Paying for Our Services

Relate Cambridge is a registered charity and a not-for-profit organisation; we aim to provide a service for everybody. So we ask you to pay an amount according to what you can afford.

We offer you highly trained counsellors who continue to maintain and develop their professional skills throughout their career and who attend regular ongoing training and clinical supervision.

£2 for every £1000 of income, up to a suggested maximum of £215

 

 

Initial assessment

* To access our service, you will need to register with us and attend an Initial Assessment (registration fee of £30 and fixed assessment fee of £30).

£60

For those clients who cannot pay the minimum of £60 per session, there is a limited bursary available for financial support. Please be assured that the service you receive is not affected by your contribution.

Gift Aid

As a charity, we run a Gift Aid scheme that enables us to claim tax back from the Inland Revenue on voluntary donations above the £60 fee. A form will be available for you to sign if you are eligible. This does not affect your tax status in any way.

Paying for Appointments

If you have an appointment at one of our outposts you can call 01302 347866 to pay for your appointment or you can use the PayPal button below.

Please enter the appointment time and place your contribution is for in the "purpose" box and the amount you have agreed with your counsellor in the "donation amount" box. Please do this by midday of the day following your appointment.

To make a payment for a training programme booking, please use the PayPal button below. Otherwise, please refer to the booking form for details on alternative payment methods.
